agency rates negotiations.
* Proactive monitoring of competitive activities & implementing swift counteractions.
* Efficient management of marketing campaigns and budgets in line with targeted ROI
objectives and ROMI

* Handling groups’ Social Media accounts:
o Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
o Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
o Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
o Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
o Monitor SEO and web traffic metric
Implementation of the Events marketing plan, using relevant elements of the marketing mix associated with
sponsorships.
* Manage the Events website and social media channels with due regard for the conference, and events brand
guidelines and strategic direction.
* Develop and produce promotional materials, including copywriting and liaising with other departments, agencies,
and suppliers.
Representing the company at events.
* Obtain and manage sponsorship opportunities for local & national events.
* Receive & manage events bookings requests according to dates, venue and type of event (and ensure they meet
company terms and conditions)
* Representing the company by developing good working relationships with the media, advertising agencies, local
associations, diplomatic bodies, and companies organizing events and festivals.
* Monitor public and media opinion of the company/magazine.
* Assisting the editorial team in writing some of the topics in the magazine’s supplements.
* Upload and content on Layalina.com on a daily basis.
* Managing all arrangements for Magazine special photoshoot sessions (photographer, location, Model, etc.)
* Follow up on the mutual activities with other departments; editorial, sales, and accounting.
