Provide information related to manpower budget to other departments/branches in the Bank and co-ordinate with them in the preparing annual manpower budget and submission to higher management.

Provides accurate advice and recommendations to the business if required and ensure that all action taken is in accordance to NBAD policy.
Assists in reviewing and developing the bank's policies and procedures in compliance with UAE Labor Law and best practice.
Evaluate current business processes and systems and determines areas of improvements aiming to maximize operational efficiency and ensure quality employee service.
Maintain utmost confidentiality of all information.
Check and process payroll, and pass all payments that are processed or prepared through HR System.
Answer queries of staff members related to HR issues.
