Responsibilities:
1. Responding to all sales inquiries received from customers and potential customers efficiently. .
2. Negotiating with customers and helping them to take their final decision after providing the quotation.
3. Preparing all the sales transaction documents on SAP.
4. Following the monthly budget performance of the sales staff, and preparing the sales and profit monthly reports.
5. Responsible of making data analysis for the sales.
6. Reviewing and checking the invoices, payments, bank reconciliation and accounting transactions
** Working on SAP system (Business Module)
Responsibilities: Payment control, shipment control, risk management and to interact with customers.
1. Preparing the offer to the customer
2. Following up with Customer for documents required till the Order is released for shipment for necessary Documents.
3. Documentation (Sales orders, Manual Documents, Shipment documents, LC negotiation documents to be sent on time)
4. Sending Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipment Details to customer for payment
5. Following the monthly budget performance of the sales staff.
Current grade 3.5 out of 4.
2009-2012 MSA University, Egypt BA (Hons) 1st Class "Accounting", achieved an average grade 3.34 out of 4.
