I developed concept designs and interior fit-out detail drawings Using AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-up. Our clients are private residential homeowners with Budgets range from 80, 000 Dirham (21, 000 $) such as an interior design renovation project where I was responsible to propose an interior design concept in compliance with client vision and follow up the execution process to ensure high and standards implementation. I was also responsible for providing solutions for an existing construction inaccuracy and conflict in a project where the budget was 235, 000 Dirham (64, 000 $) set to complete two floors of Summer House that has major architecture and interior renovation and completion requirements. I succeeded in providing the client with cost-efficient solutions for technical problems related to Electricity connection and Air Conditioning system while managing to proceed with interior design and fit-out details in order to hand over the project on time.

• Developed and delivered engaging lessons at Grade 9-10 levels, creating differentiated formative and
summative assessments to track student learning accurately.
• Designed lesson plans with active learning methodologies and differentiated instruction to enrich the
student experience, building key independent study skills.
• Successfully integrated advanced teaching techniques gained from the Cambridge International
Certificate in Teaching and Learning (CICTL), completed with distinction.
• Achieved exemplary performance reviews for both academic years and offered a third-year contract
renewal, demonstrating a commitment to exacting standards and successful implementation of
constructive supervisor feedback and team collaboration.

• Developed architecture concept layout and detailed interior designs utilizing professional software
(AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp) for private residential projects.
• Managed projects ranging from 80, 000 Dirham (21, 000$) residential apartment renovations to
235, 000 Dirham (64, 000$) two-floor summer house.
• Translated client visions into executable designs and oversaw project execution to ensure quality
assurance and successful delivery.
• Provided cost-efficient electrical and air conditioning systems solutions to navigate interior design
challenges and ensure a timely completion of the project.

I worked with students at Master and Ph.D. programs to help them comprehend and assimilate the concepts and details related to their research methodology and assist them while using different virtual simulation software such as IESVE and Envi-Met and Autodesk Flow Design as well as other environmental analysis software such as Climate consultant and Spear. I had positive feedback from more than 45 students over three years for my thorough and profound lectures covering technical and academic aspects related to sustainable architectural and passive design strategies.

• Extended academic mentorship and research guidance to more than sixty-eight postgraduate
students at the Masters and Doctoral levels regarding research analysis, data collection, and
resource validation.
• Trained students in sophisticated architecture and environmental simulation software, such as
SPEAR®, Autodesk Flow Design, Climate Consultant, Envi-Met, and IES Virtual Environment.
• Led and managed various research teams to develop strategic research plans, proposals, timelines,
and performance metrics.
• Ensured extensive literature reviews, performed computer simulations, did thorough data analysis,
and presented research findings formally to academics.

I worked on a concept design for a master plan residential project in Iraq. The designated site was 9.218112 Square Kilometer. The design brief included residential units, a kids daycare center, min. two elementary Schools, a commercial shopping area, a Service building, one hospital and two Health care centers, Office buildings, open green areas sports center, community center, and religious building. The project was designed in collaboration between two consultant offices in Iraq and our office in Dubai.

Since Joining AREX I showed self-confidence and a strong commitment to high-quality performance through different projects. I successfully designed different private villas in KSA and UAE. And a residential Investment project of 11 townhouse villas (G+2) at Jumairah Village Circle in Dubai, where I was responsible also for authoritys communication to obtain all required approvals from Dubai Municipality and NAKHEEL. I designed also some signature Projects such as a private multi-story Automated car park in Alain Owned by a member of the royal family. And I was a team member in designing and presenting the Supreme Courts new office building in Dubai. My experience included also revising working drawing for two residential towers in business bay, Dubai each consist of ( 2B+G+3P+18 Typical Floor) I was also the site architect for the project where the plot area was 3046.89 m2 and the budget was set to be 98, 960 million dirhams. I was also engaged in working on the detailed drawing of the new Dubai/Oman Custom building.

• Produced designs for diverse projects, including private villas in the UAE and KSA, and 11
townhouses (G+3) in Dubais Jumeirah Village Circle.
• Optimized designs to achieve maximum Floor Area Ratio (FAR) compliance within budget
constraints and led discussions with NAKHEEL and the Dubai Municipality to secure required project
clearances.
• Contributed to high-profile projects, including an automated multi-story parking lot in Al-Ain and the
design presentation for the Supreme Courts new office building.
• Served as the site architect for a 3046.89 m2 project and revised working drawings for two Dubai
Business Bay buildings (2B+G+3P+18 Typical Floor).
