Working as consultant Planner in dirriyah project for construction of Golfclubhouse.

Mainly work was offshore and onshore. In this tenure i worked in preparation of 14 baselines including VO's, RECOVERY, REVISED Schedules, Mitigation Plan, Schedules Monitoring and controlling, Extension of time claims. Mainly scope was construction of Hotels, Buildings, Airport, Mechanical Plants, infrastructure lines works. My brief but not limited to it, work activities are enlisted below:
 Preparing resource loaded baseline narrating construction methodology comprising of all codes, resources, cost
 Preparing mitigation plan, recovery schedules, revised schedules, claims EOT utilizing Plan VS As built and Time
impact analysis / Windows analysis.
 Analyzing Critical paths, longest paths and lookahead activities fixing it in Primavera.
 Doing Top down estimation for Variation orders, Time impact risk analysis while preparing baseline schedule.
 Calculating project progress Phase/Area/Discipline and KPI wise.
 Carrying out delay analysis, analyzing time slippage, change log updating.
 Preparing S-curves, look ahead schedules, Milestone, Resource loading, BOQ loading, Cost Loading and KPI trackers.
 Monitoring daily/weekly/bi weekly/monthly progress reports, histograms and project dashboard report.
 Utilizing KPI, CPI, SPI and variance to analyze schedule deviation from baselines.
 Carried out delay analysis using following techniques as planned vs as built, time impact analysis technique and
windows analysis.
 Assist in preparing claims for time and cost.
 Preparing delay analysis reports using impacted as planned, time impact analysis and delay fragrance reports.
 Collaborating with site execution team in achieving project Critical Milestones.
 Monitoring critical, non-critical and near critical activities during the execution phase of project
 Visual reporting and data base updating of project registers.

 Preparing project baseline schedules as per project scope of work and project contract including construction of
newly approved VO/MOC for the construction of buildings and infrastructure.
 Updating schedules in different time intervals to analyze project progress.
 Preparing S-curves, look ahead schedules, Milestone, Resource loading, BoQ loading, Cost Loading and KPI trackers.
 Monitoring daily/weekly/bi weekly/monthly progress reports, histograms and project dashboard report.
 Utilizing KPI, CPI, SPI and variance to analyze schedule deviation from baselines.
 Collaborating with site execution team in achieving project Critical Milestones.
 Monitoring critical, non-critical and near critical activities during the execution phase of project
 Updating the project planning schedule time to time and creating variance reports containing schedule/ cost
variance.
 Conducting meetings with SM and CM for execution of work preferences to achieve targeted progress.
 Utilizing strategic and targeted technique to facilitate the project execution team.
 Planning the requirements related to project control and staffing.
 Coordinating with all other departments in gathering all project data.
 Preparations of extra claims or extra items according to the project requirements.
 Participate in all evaluation meetings on weekly and monthly basis.

works and infrastructure works.
 Updating schedules of all piping works including underground and above ground piping, utilities buildings, mechanical
equipment’s erection and fabrication, material availability monitoring and tracking key milestones dates.
 Updating schedule as well as quantity base work been carried out.
 Updating different trackers in assistance to monitor and control project.
 Preparing S-curves, Look ahead schedules and Milestone trackers.
