o Upgrade USP4 SGSNs to USP5 and replacing the USP4 GGSNs with USP5 GGSNs Zain Kuwait to support HSPA+

o Migration from USP2 network to USP4 3G network in Zain Kuwait operator to support HSPA(HSDPA, HSUPA)

Duties:
Projects: Umniah Launch and 3 phase's expansions.
o In short period, I became in charge of supervising the whole PS netwrok (GPRS) in Jordan Umniah and also for the M2000: Huawei SGSN, GGSN, CG and the M2000. My responsibilities are for everything related to the PS & OSS: pre-sales, support engineer, administration, maintenance & upgrading. Also I was the interface person for Jordan office for the products which I’m in charge of with: MENA Support, HQ support, Customer (Umniah) and 3rd parties companies.
o Supervising of GPRS 2.75 in Umniah project including installation, testing & commissioning process of company projects by applying a full project management cycle.
o Responsible for the M2000 System (which is centralized SUN Server for Operation & Maintenance to the whole GSM & UMTS network) including: administration, maintenance & upgrading.
o Applying customer care process, by conducting site visits to customer sites, as a matter of assuring customer satisfaction.
o Provide information of products & features for customers
o Coordinate development of the project plan.
Achievements:
1st place in MENA (Middle East & North Africa) for WCDMA Packet Switching Huawei’s yearly exam for year 2006 & 3rd place globally.
Best Engineer Award in August 2006.
