Security documentation
* Collect required site information, perform analysis, and summarizes findings in response to policy and procedure needs.
* Coordinate and gather information from heads of security and end-users in order to create and publish site operating instructions that meet the needs of the business.
* Ensure application forms and documents are written and delivered in a clear and concise manner; promoting consistency, quality, and operational excellence at all levels of the organization

* Conduct skills gap analysis to establish training needs.
* Develop fit for purpose training programs for both in-house and outsourced security staff.

Outsourced security contract
* Collect required attendance data, performs analysis, and summarize daily, weekly and monthly attendance records.
* Review and update deployment schedule on regular basis.
* Follow up on security service violations for recording justified penalties.
• Security planning, and management for all BAT operations in Sudan.
• Liaise with other law enforcement agencies, NGOs and organization to have safe and secure working context and environment for BAT in Sudan
• Security Risk Assessment (SRA) and Security Risk Management for BAT Operations and Mission
• Staff tracking and preparing of relocation and evacuation plan
• Developing and managing BAT Sudan security plan.
• Liaises and coordinates, as appropriate, with the host government security organizations and/or personnel, including national and local provincial authorities,
• Security Information gathering, analyzing and then presenting it to the Country director for making decision and policies
• Providing of security advice to the leadership and management team.
• Assists in maintaining the Security Plan, including updating staff lists;
• collecting, updating and communicating information regarding the security situation in the country;
• preparing of security training plans and training materials and package, and delivering the training to the BAT staff in the country.
Major Duties and responsibilities:
" Identify training needs and establish a list of critical areas where training activities require for UN Agencies and INGOs staff, prepare training plan keeps SA informed of all training requests or activities.
" Organize, Liaise and facilitate Training Workshops conducted by external Instructors/ Trainers.
" Conduct Fire Fighting Training to UN/ NGOs staff in Khartoum and the field offices.
" Conduct Uniform Guard Force (UGF) Training for All UN Agencies or/ and NGOs office guards.
" Organize with specialized agents First Aid or Basic Life Support (BLS) Training for All UN or/ and NGOs Staff in Khartoum or the field offices.
" Keep & Update the Training Database on continuous basis so that the Database be easily checked or analyzed by the FSCOs at any time.
" Prepare all necessary Hand Outs & materials required for the various Training Workshops and ensure adequate and proper distribution to Workshops participants.
" Perform all other assigned duties or tasks designated by the FSCO/DSA/SA.
" Comply with and enforce all applicable rules, regulations and policies.
" Work closely with Humanitarian Agencies and INGO operating in those areas.
Major Duties and responsibilities:
• Liaises and coordinates, as appropriate, with the host government security organizations and/or personnel, including national and local provincial authorities,
• Provides general administrative assistance to the FSCO.
• Assists in maintaining the Security Plan, including updating staff lists;
• Assisting FSCO in collecting, updating and communicating information regarding the security situation in the country;
• Developing the mission training facilities plan and formulate agreement with other training cells / units on the sharing of resources / facilities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assessment of the security training needs for INGOs/NGOs operating in insecure and volatile environment and context.
• Provide NGOs with timely and credible security information and contextual analysis of the local security situation through: daily FLASH alerts, weekly incident lists and bi-weekly analytical reports
• Design and delivering of safety and security training for staff working in insecure and volatile environments,
• foreseeing, Organizing and monitoring of all training events
• translation/ interpretation for the Training materials from English to Arabic and versus and interpretation during training sessions
• Assist and Train NGOs security focal points in developing their own security management capacities by reviewing policy documents, and assisting in crisis evacuation planning
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
-To establish water and sanitation activities in the IDPs camps in the area around Nyala Mainly in Kalma IDPs camp, Autash IDPs camp, Alsalam IDPs camp and Kass IDPs camps. Forming of health promotion activities and committees in the IDPs camps, implementation and supervising the health education programs in the camps, supplying of clean drinking water for IDPs.
