Coach and prompt managers to enhance best practices related to people management
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
Build a strong business relationship with the internal client
Design, develop and lead the implementation of the career development strategy
Lead HR projects cross-functionally
Manage internal communication in order to promote Altran's culture
Maintain and update HR dashboards
Design, develop job ads before putting them out in the different advertising platforms;
Manage and develop direct recruitment channels such as job boards, headhunting, professional networking websites where appropriate;
Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies;
Present reports to clients on short listed applicants;
Arrange interview panels, including venues, times, and contacting applicants to advise interview times;
Provide statistical analysis on recruitment trends;
Prepar monthly reporting related to recruitment activity;
Undertake administrative tasks as required for the efficient operation of the recruitment area.
