Lead the MEP team in charge of Designing and supervising of all Mechanical Service (Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Water supply, Drainage, LPG, Storm Water, irrigation, smoke management system & Firefighting) for High Rise Building, schools, Villas, workshops, medical centers, universities & community Buildings.
•Provide technical expertise for the MEP design and installation works.
•Overseeing the use of Autodesk Revit tools to present design and engineering solutions for all projects.
•Managed diverse engineering activities and performed Mechanical design work.
•Managed site supervision and followed up MEP work to ensure compliance with the standards and specifications agreed on.
•Managed and Prepared specifications and tender documents
•Managed and assessed and recommended contractors, and accepted submittals for works carried out (to an equal or better quality than the requirements of the contract documents)
•Witnessing, testing, and commissioning activities including HVAC, BMS, and other mechanical systems related to building services.
•Coordination & obtaining approvals from local authorities such as ADSSC (Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company), ADEWA (Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority), ADM (Department of Municipal Affairs) DEWA (Dubai Electricity & Water Authority), DM (Dubai Municipality and Dubai environmental department), DCD (Dubai Civil Defense, SEWA (Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority). .

Prepare tender Documents for MEP works including the specification (HVAC, Plumbing, Potable water, Storm Water, sewerage, irrigation, Gas system and Fire Fighting system)
•Effectively plan and manage onsite or multisite client relations, quality of service delivery as per client SLAs and QHSE standards for assigned client accounts through various FM activities whilst ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
•Oversee all planned preventive maintenance, modernization and new installation of works related to civil, electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing and drainage systems and carrying out remedial work resulting from inspections and responding to breakdown and failures in all Governments building, Schools, and Mosques in Abu Dhabi.

Heat load calculation, duct size and pipe size.
•Prepare shop drawings for Mechanical Services HVAC, Plumbing, Potable water, and Fire Fighting system)
•Review Mechanical drawings, specifications & BOQ.
•Review design drawings against the latest SMACNA, NFPA, ASHRAE, CIBSE, other related standards & statutory authorities' regulations
•Coordinate/follow up for approvals form client, consultant, and local authorities. Prepare material submittals.
•Plane & supervise Mechanical works implementation.
•Hand over Mechanical works to consultant
•Coordinate with other services and resolve Mechanical issues.
•Prepare RFP response & discussion with senior management.
•Quantities take-off (HVAC, Water supply, Fire Fighting, LPG, Storm water & Drainage)
•Prepare and submit requests for Mechanical materials and equipment quotations. .
