Co-coordinating and managing all clients enquiry by carrying out detail survey and estimation to offer a turnkey Project and suggestion with the timeframe.
Monitoring the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Establishing a communication schedule to update stakeholders.
Reviewing the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the department.
Develop and monitor SLAs for the portfolio of assets, and ensure that they are aligned to service delivery, client expectations, and expectations from suppliers / service partners.
Reviewing the daily reports from sections engineer and gives the necessary action to implement the preventive and corrective maintenance.
C) Control the Projects:
•Writing reports on the project for higher management.
•Preparing, monitoring and controlling al budgeted project expenditures.
• Monitoring cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to higher management on a regular basis.
Ensuring that the project deliverable are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
Evaluating the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
Coordinate with client and Stakeholders to ensure complete the requirements of project

•Prepare annual and local leave rosters to ensure that plant, networks and services are operational and manned effectively at all times.
