Manage & planning & improving all Assets & facilities (Operation and maintenance) in Abu Dhabi Airports - Al Ain International Airport.
A) Plan the Projects:
Defining the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
Creating a detailed work plan, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Developing a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
Determining the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
B) Implement the Projects:
Executing the project according to the project plan.
Developing forms and records to document project activities.
Handling of tender stage by preparing RFP for consultants/contractors and analyzing the submitted proposals.
Co-coordinating and managing all clients enquiry by carrying out detail survey and estimation to offer a turnkey Project and suggestion with the timeframe.
Monitoring the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Establishing a communication schedule to update stakeholders.
Reviewing the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the department.
Develop and monitor SLAs for the portfolio of assets, and ensure that they are aligned to service delivery, client expectations, and expectations from suppliers / service partners.
Reviewing the daily reports from sections engineer and gives the necessary action to implement the preventive and corrective maintenance.
C) Control the Projects:
•Writing reports on the project for higher management.
•Preparing, monitoring and controlling al budgeted project expenditures.
• Monitoring cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to higher management on a regular basis.
Ensuring that the project deliverable are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
Evaluating the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
Coordinate with client and Stakeholders to ensure complete the requirements of project
Responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of: All Mechanical and ACMV(HVAC) systems, Automatic controls and Building Management System.
Scope of Responsibility:
•Monitor, manage and assign job schedule for staff for all the Mechanical and ACMV Section activities.
•Prepare maintenance programs for plants and equipments.
•Review on daily basis, log books, log sheets and sharing it’s analysis with the shift staff, Attend to any defect on time.
•Prepare and provide the capability for responding to emergency breakdowns of plants and equipments.
•Prepare annual budgets and purchasing schedules for plant and equipments.
•Monitor spare parts holding in the stores and supply lists of spare requirements. Review and evaluate spare parts, tenders and recommend for suitable suppliers.
•Plan, assign and supervise maintenance and repair works.
•Ensure safety rules and regulations are set, maintained and adhered to.
•Prepare annual and local leave rosters to ensure that plant, networks and services are operational and manned effectively at all times.
•Prepare, Conduct and Implementing training programs.
•Coordinate and achieve all activities related to section projects including the following :-
•Studying project details, scope of work, shop drawings, etc….
•Following up & Control work progress and Testing & Commissioning.
Reviewing and following up with Engineering Team for STRATA projects, Phase 1 & 2.
•Reviewing and following up with Engineering Team for AMMROC project and prepare all Infrastructure services.
•Reviewing, Monitoring and follow up the construction of VVIP Building Phases 1&2.with MOPA. 2008
•Following up and reviewing the drawings and documents for Build new VVIP building with MOPA and AADC.2015
•Following up and participate with Engineering team for build and install new Radar Building in AAIA.2016
•Reviewing and following up with engineering team to construct ADASI building in AAIA.2008
•Following up the construction & Infrastructure services for Etihad building & Metrological building (NCMS).2009.
Scope of Responsibility: Supervised in various aspects of design, approvals, material inspection, evaluation of drawings and O&M manuals, Preparation and development of method statements and procedures, Co-ordination of variations and project changes Testing and Commissioning. Covering, fire fighting, Plumbing and Drainage installation works
Maintenance and back-up of the operation all Ground equipment for aircraft.
