I am working in Mobiserve Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. (Orescome Telecom Group), which is sister of Mobilink. I started as Operation & Maintenance Engineer, Mobiserve Pakistan Pvt. L td Troubleshooting of Alcatel BTS(GSM, DCS)
Experience of Micro wave links like NEC .pasolink, neo(PDH, SDH ), , , , Have a experience of MW Links & to do the alignment of MW Dishes…RSL calibration, maintaining the power/attenuation of the MW link..I have a experience of dealing with gensets and any type of power issues.

To manage the teams and to take work from them according to the Standard of my company. To arrange my teams for PM and CM purposes. To tell them to do a quality PM. To arrange all the documentation work. To provide all the technical support to my teams.
