• Inventor the luggage and update the lost luggage file by writing the contents of the luggage in the World Tracer
• Search the passenger details i.e. contact number or email through the PNR's of the specific passengers

• To implement the consistent delivery of superior customer service
• To review and act on Customer Service Reports relevant to your areas of responsibility to achieve positive and consistent results.
• To ensure routine maintenance is carried out in my areas of responsibilities, reporting and damage and wear and tear, ensuring bedroom faults are rectified promptly.
• To control all linen stocks and levels, ensuring linen costs are controlled in accordance with hotel procedures.
• To operate I.T. systems in line with company standards.

Lodging Department (1 Month 11 Days)
• Inspect guest rooms. Public areas and ground for cleanliness and appearance.
• Greet and register guests.
• Liaise with reception regarding room moves, VIP guests, special needs and act on any information given.
• Co-ordinate front-office activates to resolve issues or problems faced by the guests.
