Managing Accounts, finance, administration, over sef ten the take over of the project from the contractor.
Role:
* Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high
performance amongst the team members
* Conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions
* Monitoring cash flows and ensuring that funds are arranged in the most cost effective manner after projecting
accurate cash forecast ensuring that there is no shortage of cash in hand
* Facilitating effective implementation of policies, procedures and controls for the smooth functioning of the
department including accurate and timely accounting of transactions
* Formulating Budgets and periodic Forecasts, conducting Ratio / Ageing / Variance analysis to determine deviations
between projected and actual results and implementing corrective actions
* Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions and supervising day-to-day operations
* Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for employees; review and ensure accuracy of
approved timesheets and payroll deductions
* Ensuring appropriate financial control in compliance with tax laws & legislation
* Using various software applications, such as spreadsheets, format data for accounting and reporting purposes.
Handling the Accounts/Finance/Purchase department, co-ordinating with the external auditors
Approving the cash flow, budget, financial reports after analysing.
Advising the board on financial activities, plan, etc
JOINED THIS COMPANY AS AN ACCOUNTANT, WITH HARD WORK, PROFESSIONALISM, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, MANAGMENT SKILLS, REACHED UP TO THE FINANCE MANAGER.
I was promoted to this position from Accountant after 5 years of work.
I was authorised to pass the final jvs, prepare the purchase orders, deal with the international vendors,
beside authorising the payments, dealing with the banks for opening the L/c for international purchasing.

Joined as accountant.
Doing day to accounting of the establishment, preparing the pay roll, finalizing the accounts, and prepare the TB, Income statement, Balance sheet.
Physical counting of inventory. etc
Passed the Bachlors degree with 59% marks. Major in Accounting and finance.
