• Work with a project team in order to implement proper document control management system.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing documents to ensure project information is accurate and assumptions
are valid.
• Checking the quality of documents including drawings ensuring timely and accurate document
spreadsheet/list are completed.
• Receive and send drawings/documents from internal or external source.
• Maintain the status of every drawing/document received and store them in their respective location.
Working as Document Controller
Coordinating with the different departments within an organization and kept in the right
location and are accessible to all internal services. Required to develop and implement
processes to control and management.
Work with a project team in order to implement systems of control.
Manage the process of distribution of internal correspondence and ensure
good relationship with external and internal clients.
Checking quality of documents.
Producing listings.
