This topic was new and complex, being a new concept for the business world. The major industries were in different stages of adoption making it difficult to nail down the major challenges and drivers. My job was to understand this topic and establish myself as a lead researcher in the industry and educate the project teams internally on the topic trends, drivers and solutions.
