• Provide support for all real estate related activities for multiple projects.
• Act as team coordinator among project real estate lead, title, railroad, engineering, surveying, accounting and other roles as needed to insure the orderly and timely flow of information and documents required for project success
• Review and draft contracts, letters of intent, right of entry agreements, easements, leases and title reports
• Opening and maintaining files
• Entering and updating real estate portion of project schedule and dissemination of project information to project stakeholders
• Monitoring the achievement of project activities on behalf of the project real estate lead
• Developing and maintaining project deliverables under the direction of the project real estate lead, gathering and inputting data into databases
• Arranging logistics for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project-related events
• Organizing project committee meetings, preparing the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas and other collateral material as well as attendance
• Accurately transcribing and recording key decisions and action items during meetings
• Developing and maintaining company and client databases and spread sheets
• Responsible to maintain developed training standards and processes, training of new hires in system databases, on-going training improvement expansion.
• Ability to take on new projects - Track progress and report on results.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Performs a full range of secretarial duties and assists in a variety of clerical, technical and routine
administrative tasks; facilitates internal and external communications as directed;
* Reviews and proofs documents, records and forms for accuracy, completeness and conformance to
applicable rules and regulations. Prepares and edits a variety of correspondence, memoranda, reports
and other materials;
* Collects and compiles statistical data and other information for inclusion into special and periodic
reports. Prepares statements, summaries, reports, presentations and other documents;
* Attending meeting for upcoming project (correct infrastructure; location, etc).
* Preparing project proposal report along with the LPO, contractor’s quotation and presenting from
the financial officer for approval.

potential customers.
* Attend and participate in sales meetings and training courses when requested
