- Drive Employee Engagement through initiatives that promote communication, commitment and transparency; build Reward & Recognition schemes for the business

- Lead analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of scalable, global talent development programs. Manage the Leadership Development portfolio; ensure high potential talent globally is engaged and honed for the next level

- Periodically administer surveys to gauge employee satisfaction levels; to conduct training needs identification for various management levels and design programs/interventions to address the needs/findings of the survey

- Ensure compliance to the Integrity & Legal framework. Create platforms for effective grievance handling and counseling
