Also, I am accountable for running the Performance Appraisal across the organization, increment and bonuses. I handled employees benefits and compensations and finally participate in developing the internal training calendar.

This position allows me to handle Pre And after Recruitment Process, starting from sourcing, communicating and initial scanning the candidates and send them to the right department. I was also accountable for the Manpower to be recruiting up to the plan. This position Allows me to deal with candidates in different career stages.
