Procurement Officer
Handling More than 4 Power Plants in Rabigh Region which
maintains and operates more than 4000MW.
Responsible for end to end Procurement Process starting from
identifiying material/Services requirement, RFQ, Receiving
Quotation, Commercial analysis, Placing PO and obtaining
Confirmation of delivery .Tracking Supplier Payments issues
, submitting on time reports & maintaining Indvidual and dept KPI.
Majorly worked for Spares Parts, Consumable, Services &
Manpower arrangment for Rabigh Power Plant based on the
Approved Purchase requisition and ensuring zero interruption of
business operation . Also at the same time making sure of
implementing Procurement Procedures acuurately and submitting
on time reports, maintaining individual & Dept KPIs.
Maintain good relationships & establish and manage contracts with
suppliers in accordance with the company expectation to save the
cost and time. Also continious search for new sources to support
company and project requirements
Liaise with Accounts Payable to resolve supplier payment issues.
Attending weekly dept and end user meeting for progress review.
Ad hoc duties as required covering the day to day procurement
activities in the absence of Procurement Supervisor or Procurement
Manager
I am recently leading 18+ active Power Projects (380kV & 132kV) for AMC PPD Division by Performing following Responsibilities,
All the activities are executed and monitored through Oracle Application / ERP System
**Making Sure all The Major Equipment / Long Lead Items are ordered on time within the target Budget, Involved from Raising the RFQ till it is executed, Which includes;
Raising RFQ, Receiving Offers, Techno-Commercial Review, Making Comparison Sheets, Budget Analysis, Material Lead time & Finalizing the PO through Oracle System, Which helps to keep the track for all the Orders.
Each Project has got almost 40 Long Lead Equipment.
- Making sure all day to day Consumable/Shelf Material Requirements are fulfilled without any stoppage of work at site by Keeping Track of Material Requests through ERP.
-3rd Party Inspection arrangement for all Major inspect able material in Kingdom/Out of Kingdom.
- Proper Monitoring of All Payment request for Ordered Materials, providing all support to Accounts Dept. through Oracle /ERP system which is required at Procurement Dept.
- Attending Progress Meetings With Project Team / Clients.
- Coordinating With Vendors, Project Teams, Clients & Dept. Colleagues for on time Execution of all the activities.

Quality Assurance For all Capital (Major) & Bulk Equipment /Material
Supplied To Saudi Aramco Projects, in Accordance to SCH-Q, G &
Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard & Material Specifications.
Ensuring material is procured only through approved sources
following approved Procurement procedure.
All Documentation & Inspection Requirements are completed
before material arrives to site & All Quality Documentations are
available for conducting site final inspection.
Attending Weekly meeting with Aramco Personal for Progress.
in Addition to above i have worked for the following projects as
procurement engineer responsible for end to end procurement
process.
1-UPGRADE SUBSTATION # 50 AT JUAYMAH TANK FARM
2-Construction of 115kV Tarut Substation.
Being a Material Controller I have been performing following task,
Responsible of controlling incoming & outgoing material, check the
quality of items received, as per Purchase Order description and
specification require.
Maintaining inventory.
Daily Issuance & Receiving Report
Ordering the material
Daily Monitoring of Consumables (Generator Mechanical parts), And
ATS panel Electrical accessories etc.
