o Resolving service and incident tickets within SLA.
o Working closely with AppD support team on support tickets for unresolved issues.
I am working as an Appdynamics Application Implementation and Operations engineer in Reliance JIO infocom. Managing application performance monitoring of almost 500 applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Delivering lectures, seminars and tutorials.
•Developing and implementing new methods of teaching to reflect changes in research.
•Representing the institution at professional conferences and seminars, and contributing to these as necessary.
