• Functional Responsibilities
-Risk Management of MFC
-As Risk Coordinator, ensure that the risks are timely identified, assessed, mitigated and monitored as per PMI’s Risk Management Standard and MFC’s Risk Management Plan.
-Keep the Risk Register live and updated.
-Issue Risk Management Reports.
-Conduct and facilitate Risk Management Meetings
-Conduct in-house quantity and cost estimates as per AACE’s guidelines.
-Review contractor’s technical specifications, datasheets and drawings etc. in light of codes, standards, best practices and local regulations.
-Development of MFC’s plot plan.
• Achievements
-Development of MFC’s Risk Management Plan as per PMI’s guidelines and its implementation.
-Contributed to the closure of a multi-billion dollar EPC-LSTK contract by review and finalization of technical annexes like scope of work, basis of design, vendor list, plotplan and specifications (Static, Rotary, Piping and Layout) etc.
-Prepared construction cost and quantity estimates which helped in negotiating the EPC cost with contractor.
-Initiated Internal Training Program in Project Engineering Department.
-Was awarded in Annual HSE Awards 2014 for contribution in Corporate HSE activities.
