Involved in ADCO oil & gas gathering center ITB Proposal & Petro Rabigh-II expansion project (U01 Interconnecting package) under scope of;
Project Scope of work includes:
 Technical coordination with GS Korea (Head Office) Process Engineering Team.
 P&ID consistency check against project spec (isolation philosophy, over pressure protection philosophy, Bid Stage Q&A)
 Review & marking any necessary changes on P&ID
 Review & marking Shared System Schematic
 Review & Check Process data on Instrument Data Sheet and Line List.
 Technical Coordination with piping engineering group for tie-in plan and routing study and interface schedule development and verification.
 Assist mechanical engineering group in preparing mechanical data sheet and mechanical engineering drawing (process data clarification).

Process Engineering expertise:
 PFD & PID consistency & adequacy checks
 Process equipment tanks, vessels sizing & selection.
 Process Steady State, Dynamic Modeling & HMB on HYSYS.
 Rating of heat exchangers on HTRI.
 Control valves, relief valves and hydraulic analysis of single & two phase material streams.
 Pumps & compressor circuit sizing & hydraulics calculation.
 Review & calculation of flare header sizing.
 Review of cause & effect diagram
 PHA, HAZOP, HAZID study of process plant
 Development & review of PFDs /P&IDs, Process Data sheets, and other process engineering deliverables,
 EPC proposal report preparation
 FEED & DD engineering final deliverables to relevant departments.
 Implementation of API, ASME, ANSI, Aramco & Shell DEP codes in design practices

 Performance monitoring of energy consuming equipments Boilers, WHB & GT
 Review of conceptual study & Feed study of Coal Steam Power studied by TRACTEBEL
 PLANT waste emissions & effluent handling & normalizing as per EPA limits
 Assist to analyze and suggest ways to optimize & improve production
 Provide support to develop & implement standards, procedures & guidelines
 Review operational inputs during various design phases including P&ID modification
 Routine Panel monitoring & action suggestion to smooth the process streams on optimised basis
 Trouble shooting of the problematic Equipment & Machines
 Correspondence with Vendors for Facility Trouble Shooting & Modification, GT High Spread
 Plant Modifications & Notification Closing
 Safe startup & shut down assistance.
 Plant technical performance data collection & performance monitoring
 Monthly production reports review in light of optimized plant operation.
