Following the aforementioned I have moved to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a Senior Legal Counsel at Al Soaib & Partners Law Firm; one of the oldest and most renowned law firms in Riyadh, having established its activity at 1995, and categorized as one of the highest caliber firms in the country.
•My job is divided into two main sections:
•Corporate La
•Drafting Articles of Association’s agreements, amending and terminating them.
•Establishing and following up needed procedures for obtaining corporate’s licenses.
•Establishing and amending trademarks for local and foreign companies.
•Drafting major contracts on major projects, such as mortgage vs. loan agreements, purposing to construct high-end resorts.
•More corporate work. Certainly well understood by the reader.
•Litigation:
•I actually possess elite skills at litigation, and I have the ability to find the key points of a case according to the laws of its country of competence, and then articulating it in very eloquent Arabic language in the event it were subject to jurisdiction or, very eloquent English language in the event the entity of competence were an arbitration tribunal.
The employer was a real estate developer, and my job was to manage the legal team on:
1- Drafting, reviewing and amending all types of contracts relevant to freehold, leasehold and usufruct, which were pertinent to the company's activities.
2- Company formation, amendment and liquidation.
3- Litigation, as Plaintiff and/or Defendant.

The "Real Estate" legal services provided were numerous and comprehensive, from initially issuing due diligence reports to ultimately authenticating the transaction via the most protective methods available in the Egyptian law.

Acquired heavy experience in company establishment, with full and balanced protection for the parties involved, explaining potential risks, advantages, positions, and potential long term consequences of each scenario subject-matter to formation.
