Oversaw a diverse Corporate Banking lending portfolio comprising Mid and Large-cap clients. Propelled cross-country opportunities in the UK and Europe and Large-cap multinational businesses in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
▪ Spearheaded the establishment of a regional Mid-cap team, and lead a team of three Relationship Managers and two Credit Analysts to grow and manage the region’s Mid-cap Client portfolio. Developed over 20 Commercial Banking Client leads in less than 6 months, with a 70% conversion rate.
▪ Negotiated and secured new high-value commercial deals, and enhanced existing business, with large Corporate Clients.
▪ Handled multiple problematic accounts and led restructuring efforts that resulted in the recovery of over SAR 200Mln of delinquent loans.
▪ Promoted collaboration between GIB UK, and the three regions covered by GIB Saudi, to increase cross-order referrals, and capitalize on Global network coverage.
Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate and Commercial Banking (2007-2010)
▪ Established leads, sealed new Credit Relationships, and consistently achieved annual acquisition targets.
