• Implement catering marketing plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop promotional events to market catering
operations to individuals and organizations.
• Explore new business opportunities with potential customers.
• Develop positive working relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
• Maintain accurate and complete sales operational and transaction records. Ensures that Sales and Catering System is well managed.
Ensures that all lead requests are handled as per the policy and efficiently followed up on the sent offers.
* Arranges or conducts site inspections of the hotel’s facilities.
* Preparation of offer letters according to the guest requirements.
* Responsible for planning, retaining and developing existing business as well as acquiring new business and growing
our market share by promoting Hotel.
* Responsible for coordinating and anticipating all needs of the event
* Follows up on event orders to assure clear line of communication with other departments, especially banquets
operations and the kitchen
Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
* Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
* Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel
* Provide Guest with information about attractions, Facilities, services and activities in or outside the property.
* Coordinate guest request for special services or equipment with the appropriate department
* Have an outstanding general knowledge of the city, and know how to promote and sell different products
and attraction.
* Understand, anticipate and read the guests need and find the best places for them, Build a good relationship
and maintain it with guests and suppliers.
•Obtain correct billing information for each guest at time of check-in and ensure that billing is efficiently processed, posted throughout the day.
• Efficient process all telephone inquiries and spa/fitness reservation/activity scheduling from future, local and in- house guests.
•Provide general departmental assistance, special projects, group Spa Reservation, etc.
•Provide thorough and complete information on all the services offered in the brochure, as well as reconfirming all the sales made or events booked in detail
•Maintain good relationship with customers and regular guests and deliver the positive impression of the spa.
• Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstration.
• Checking the quantities of items on display and in stock.
• Responding t to incoming emails and phone enquiries.
• Arrange meeting with potentials customers, and present my company to them.
• Maintaining and developing relationship with customers.
• Keep contact with suppliers and follow up with orders.
• Recording the sales and keep tracking for my performance.
