2. KADUNA REF I NERY AND PETROCHEMICAL
COMPANY LIMITED (SUBSIDIARY OF NIGERIAN NATIONAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION), KADUNA STATE, NIGERIA.

, NNPC production and SBM Jetties (1 &
2) by implementing the Nigeria Port Authority, NPA pilot’s integrated schedule.
•Design, review and implement Gas Injection EOR plans for production sustainability.
•Supervise Gas Injection compressor plants for over 14 Clusters and more than 36 injection wells.
•Prepare maintenance schedule for corrective, preventive maintenance with minimal production losses.
•Prepare job task, TRAs and necessary system overrides for Gas/Oil pigging systems.
•Supervise and manage water alternating gas wellhead, CO2 injection and surface facilities and suggest optimization models.
•Manage gas plant operations with over 200MMSCFD gas production, with over 4 trains and 4 low pressure compressors, 4 Medium Pressure compressors and 4 High Pressure Compressors with associated gas sweeting surface facilities.
•Managed as Mooring Master/Berth Master/Loading masters third party contractors marine support craft, Tug boats provided by B+B, Julius Berger Schedule and ensure safe execution of berthing operations at onshore/offshore platforms.
•Manage and control OPEX budget and department profit baseline.
•Managed the process of designing, operations, and maintenance of surface production equipment: separators including 2/3 phase horizontal/vertical, Desalters, and stabilisation column.
•Designed and manage SOPs, SILs and process safety beacons for offshore atlas cove platform.
•Commissioning of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation production, loading and offloading platforms.
•Reviewed the design philosophy of Dabbiyya vapour recovery compressor and recommended a more efficient design and decommissioning of present unit in North East Bab field, UAE.
•Developed and implemented cost reduction strategy in demurrage cost for loading/unloading schedule by designing a robust schedule and introducing SIMOPS with clear TRA responsibilities, which led to a 33000USD savings per vessel more than 33% cost reduction.
•Proffered short and medium term production forecasts for the integrated production system as well as achieved 100% pipeline integrity KPI for production/gas pipelines by efficient control of injection chemicals.
