 Process business requirements necessary for the approval and immediate of permit/licenses.
 Process segregation of title, segregation of tax declaration and application and segregation of Water and Electricity utilities.
 Process of transfer of ownership from the seller to the real estate buyer on a timely manner to meet the bank requirements.
 Responsible in communicating to government officials for monitoring and follow up of the submitted permit and other request.
