1. Network Switch Subsystem nodes monitoring and troubleshooting and responding for
any new alarms which appear in core nodes and fixing and/or following up to fix the
problem by support.
2. To follow up and troubleshoot the daily core related TT which sent by NOC.

16. Make the necessary documentation of all functional node and equipment with last
update of any expansion or change occurred.
17. Manages and supervises all sub-contractors on site to ensure necessary quality and
progress achieved.
18. Following up and coordinating with government office related-work duties to core site
such as (ITPC, CMC, Municipal Council ...etc.).
19. Ensures handling, storage and installation of telecom and power equipment to the core
