As a store manager i'm here to represent the Company with honesty, enthusiasm and professionalism
in all areas of customer service. The primary focus of daily business is to satisfy all
customers needs and desires within the scope of company policies, procedures, and
product line. Manages rental store engaged in renting and/or selling specific, related,
general lines of merchandise by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
I'm a Globally Competitive enough to handle a store and to assure that the target achieve by everyone.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned):
Assists customers in all aspects of store services, handles complaints and inquiries.
Prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties.
Trains and supervises employees in all areas required to operate store.
Will perform work of subordinates as needed.
Prices merchandise in a correct and timely manner.
Attends and participates in all managers meetings.
I'm a Store Manager with Dignity and knows how to merchandise my store according to the guidelines at the same time to apply the product knowledge in my store.
As a graduate of Bachelor Of Science in Psychology i can apply my degree to a Fashion Retail as a Store Manager in a way i approach my staff and very importantly is approaching our clients in a way that i can give them the fullest satisfaction they need. I do believe that it is important that as a Store Manager must know how to handle situation in his store. In this way the success is already on the way for it.
