• Reporting to SR QA/QC Manager for coordinating the Project Quality Matters, also reporting to Project Director for implementing the Project Quality Plan and Supervision to project works to ensure that the installation, testing and commissioning are carried out in the correct manner.
• Helping to prepare material submittal for Consultant approval.
• Reviewing, checking & assuring all documents & drawing for sublimation.
• Controlling all approved documents related.
• Doing Internal Audit for the Company (ETA) for last 2.5 Years. ( Yearly at least 2 Audits)
• Coordinate with the main contractor’s Quality Control Manager/ Quality Control Engineers to obtain the approval of quality system documentation related to the project.
• Preparation of Method Statement, Quality Control Procedure, and Inspection & Test Plan for MEP services after coordinating with concerned engineers for Safety, Quality & Environmental issue.
• Preparation of Monthly QA/QC report & Monthly Score Card.
• To arrange MEP work inspection with consultant after internal inspection of work.
• Inspect the material received from the supplier to ensure that material are according to the specification & Offered the same for Consultant Approval and follow up with consultant till approval.
• Coordinate with Purchase Department / Supplier / Manufacturer’s for the document which required for the Material Approval
• Monitoring & implementation of QA/QC functions in accordance with approved Project Quality Assurance Plan.
• To monitor measuring & testing equipment status to ensure that only calibrated equipment are issued & used by staff.
• Raising site observations / internal NCR to site engineers.
• Assisting QA/QC Manager for all external / internal NCR & Site Observation issued by Main Contractor/Consultant for replying / closing with the help of respective engineers.
AS ABOVE
Quantities take off of all Equipment & Materials.
• Execution of work, Assigning work to foreman.
• Monitoring progress of work& Co-ordination with other services.
• Timely completion of work as per schedule & get the approval for the work done.
• Worked carried out as per quality control norms & Quality Control procedures.
• Amendments in design drawing as per site requirements & preparation of as built drawings.
• Manpower control, Billing and System Commissioning
