Customer Service Operations

•Job Responsibilities:

•Handling New Hire Transition Team for the Chat Channel with a span of 25 associates
•Functions as an authority and escalation point for department wide operational procedures.
•Plan and Monitor daily staffing schedules and adjust accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives
•Responsible for auditing to check the chat Quality for the New hire Batch.
•Daily report out to the Management & Training Team with the Auditing Observation and plans for Coaching Opportunities
•Lead a Chat Team of 20 personnel at HYD site.
•Responsible for recruiting, hiring and supervising the personnel’s.
•Plan the work loads, capacity planning, improve quality and department efficiency and maintain the discipline and precautions.
•Involved in Coaching & Performance developmental needs for the associates besides coordinating with the other sites to do the Best Practice Sharing for the improvement of Process Level SLAs
•Designed R&R plan for the entire skill and executed the plan.
•Maintaining quality at or above published standard for skill group.
•Been a part of the Appraisals for the associates along with the Managers.
•Designed Individual Development Plan for associates & SMEs (Subject Matter Expertise) and has put up a follow up mechanism in place to ensure the continuity of the development plan.
•For the Email Skill gets calibrated with the respective Managers with a HR involvement in order to identify the bottom quartiles and design training/Quality materials to coach & mentor the associates by resulting in the improvement of the individuals.
•Designed “Process Map” for the Chat skill.
•Contributes to any overflow work from phones or email as appropriate, and as delegated.
•Designed the “CCR (Contact Coaching Request)” form at a process level in order to coach the associates on a Real time basis as and when we as leaders identifies any error made by the associate. Has put up a documentation form to this process.
