I have been assigned as an Senior Operations Manager reporting to the Managing director for Multiple Companies under the same Corporate Group Handling the Contracting and Maintenance services. My Responsibilities are :
-Developing, improving and implementing operations and Business Development plans to meet company goals
-Managing the day-to-day operations of every department, establishing company policies, implementing necessary changes and adhering to compliance procedures, laws and regulations
Evaluating overall company performance
-Providing all necessary reports, assisting management in goal setting and promoting company growth and anticipating and forecasting trends and patterns of the company and marketplace

-Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
-Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
-Managing and Completing more than 90 Various Construction projects with different industries i.e. :
1- Commercial Private sector ( Mixed used buildings, Hotels, Commercial high rise buildings )
2- Oil and Gas sector ( QAFCO, Qatar energy, QATALUM, Baker Hughes ..etc)
3- Industrial sector. Delivered more than 24 manufacturing facilities in Doha-Qatar such as Shail Metal
Industries, IMC medical Facilities, Wooden recycling plants….etc.
The scope of works including but not limited to the Civil, MEP and Fire Protection Systems.
Managing and monitoring the maintenance services department and reaching to a growth for more than 300%

Assigned as Civil Construction engineer in Power Generation Building, Transformers buildings, all the Pipe supports, Cable rack And Steam Turbine Generation (STG’s), electrical buildings, road works, and all the related finishing works responsible to Area construction manager where my responsibilities are included to the following:

-Manage and coordinate the inputs of project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project and Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client and Checks drawings, quantities and ensures that the calculations are accurate for the work.
-Manage and resolve site planning and coordination issues;
-Manage technical coordination meetings with subcontractors and project staff;
-Monitor project safety objectives, and implement the appropriate corrective actions where necessary in order to ensure that all relevant objectives are fulfilled
-coordinate the Project design and execution between Engineering, Architectural and Civil/Structural disciplines;
-Providing strategic planning advice in relation to the requirements for phasing of the works, the sequence of works and the necessary authority approval processes;
-Connecting the current Power Plant with a live operating power plant including all the construction activities such as pipe racks, duct banks, cable racks and steel structures with respect to all the risks and safety manners.
- constructing all the underground utilities for the plant including storm lines, lighting poles, duct banks, and paving ( concrete and asphlat ) ..... etc
- completing all the electrical operating buildings ( water treatment building, air compressor building, diesel generator building .... etc ) and the erection of the precast elements for the transformers .

Assigned as a senior civil engineer in the precast yard of Quay wall precast blocks ( Qty, 15500) and X- Blocks ( Qty 186000), responsible to the construction manager where my responsibilities are included to the following:

• Administration on the production operation and assurance that all work instructions and procedures are strictly followed
• controlling and monitoring the daily productivity for Xblocks and Quay wall precast blocks and make sure that the planned targets shall be achieved without any delay of production .
• Coordinate with Aramco PID “Project inspection department “and Aramco PMT “Project management team” for any site construction issues and production details.
• To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods
• To carry out trial mixes, maintain and update design mixes; and amend concrete batches due to fluctuation of moisture content mostly of raw materials
• Act positively, and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the ARAMCO standards and specifications .
• preparing a daily/weekly/monthly report for the Construction S curves and resources allocation histogram .

Assigned as a site Civil engineer responsible to the Section Head Engineer where my responsibilities were included to the following:
•Plans and supervises the major functions of the work which include the responsibility for the planning and co-ordination of all manpower and equipment.
•Surveys and levels the site, and marks the position of planned structures.
•Checks drawings and quantities and ensures that the calculations are accurate for the work.
•Oversees the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction.
•Daily interfaces and co-ordinates with subordinates, QC inspectors, supervisors and surveyors in the performance of all aspects of their work to ensure that commitments are met, and schedules are maintained, and objectives are achieved.
•Monitors construction progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and provides input to the regular reports of the Project Management.
•Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety procedures and controls within the feasibility analysis function to guarantee delivery of high quality products /service and a responsible environment attitude.
