Sales Supervisor of women fashion floor: A 1250 m3 floor with 35 sales persons from different nationalities and selling more than 200 luxurious brands such as: Oscar de la Renta, Alaia, Ingie Paris, Carolina Herrera, Naeem Khan, Zac Posen, DVF, Paule Ka, WEILL, Marchesa, Balmain, and others.
• Leading a team of 35 sales people Focusing on leading the store team to success by driving sales performance and ensuring the team provides a personalized and elevated luxury customer service.
• Reporting periodically to management by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly territory analyses.
• Receiving and processing shipments, display, and storage.
• Managing stock control and Inventory.
• Monitoring and analyzing competition offerings.
• Handling complaints and difficult situations in patiently, effectively, and professionally.
• Providing excellent customer service in sales, greeting, after sales service, and follow up.
• Ensuring special treatment for VIP customers as per the company policy.
• Using market and customer information to assist in the development of brand plans.
• Handling the team's concerns, including but not limited to: schedule, vacations, leave plans, developments, sales figures, quality of work, customer service and appraisals
• Enhance sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes, mentoring team members and coaching.
• Submit orders by referring to price lists, product literature and customer’s needs.
• Ensure the stock is effectively measured and controlled and manage the replacement, requisitioning activities in order to maximize sales and meet stock performance.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily sales reports, weekly work plans and monthly territory analyses.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating on the problem, taking instant action, preparing reports and suggesting solutions to the management
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Responsible for leading and managing the shop operations to deliver the highest standards of customer service and to maximize sales and profitability in line with company's objectives. Also, responsible for the inventory, maintenance and external appearance of the shop.
• Ensuring the stock is effectively measured and controlled and manages order placement/requisitioning activities in order to maximize sales and meet stock performance objectives.
• Solving critical shop operational problems including customers’ complaints, in order to ensure operational effectiveness and to increase customers’ satisfaction.
• Preparing management information reports on store performance in order to ensure that brand manager has the relevant information needed to support operational decision-making.
• Preparing staff schedule in order to ensure that the Shop manpower is effectively matched to the shop operational requirements that will enable the achievement of the highest standards of customer service at optimum cost.
• Ensuring the effective communication of sales plans and targets to the Shop team, managing performance, developing and motivating employees, in order to ensure the highest levels of performance and the achievement, or exceeding, of sales targets.
• Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
