In charge of the P&L and the full operation of the company, I set up the YoY budget based on the market expectations, pipeline and forecast with a bi-yearly review with board members. I managed C Level Customer relations & closing negotiations across all industries in Abu Dhabi, in addition to interviewing, hiring and coaching managers & direct reports across all functions (sales / technical / presales / admin).
We grew the business with our suppliers into Tier 1 partnership with IBM, LENOVO, STRATUS, and CISCO, with an average of a 23% YOY growth.
