Head baker job since im the only pastry chef/baker of the company, i R&D some of the desserts thats already existed, especially breads, including loafs, sourdough, foccacia, bagel, rolls, buns, some of desserts as well, like red velvet, carrot cake, cheesecakes and many more.

I’ve been assigned in three different stations, dessert island, cold station and local or native menu section. Where i expand my knowledge in handling volume guest, making volume food, making different cold cuts, like cheese platters, salads, salad dressings, bruchetta, and smokes salmon. I learn how to handle pressure but still give a quality product despite the difficulties.

Baking pastries, create beautiful artistic intricate designs, for tarts, cakes, big cakes, themed cakes, cookies, brownies, any kinds of desserts.
