- Sourcing & Procurement of Spare parts for cement plant (Local & Imported) Explosives, Mining Material, Refractory’s, other heat protective material, Industrial & Laboratory Gases, Local Mechanical Fabrication, castings, services, parts for Grid Station Activities, Office equipments & general contracts, foreign / Local Procurement of all types of Consumables Spare parts, Equipment, Technical services required for smooth operations of Cement Plant.

• Ocean Freight Manager for Afghanistan and Pakistan region
• Develop CIS and Russian routes and tariff so that Pakistani exporters can be offered this service.
• Start and Handle NVOCC operations in Pakistan.
• Develop procedures & Implement Iso Quality Manual as per requirement of Moody International certificate ISO 9001;2000, for Pakistan and Afghanistan Branches.
• Organize & execute Oil Rig and Camp move as per client's requirement.
• Implement safety policies, Held safety meeting for drivers, educate to them how to avoid accidents, & how to maintain company vehicles in good condition, make weekly roster for the drivers, looks after workshop/store matters.
• Visit to clients for new business, check the performance of QTT drivers and solve the customer complaints.
• Implement & execute the new procedures / ideas for enhance of QTT services.
Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service Department
• Arrange Bill of Lading, Release order, for export shipment as per manifest, D/O for Import shipment, and solve customer problems at the time of loading / clearance of shipment.
• Set the load & revenue budget for All Up-country offices for export & Import.
• Arrange inland transportation upto remote areas of Pakistan, Afghanistan, for container & loose cargo for the consignees.
• Export & Import Contract preparation with clients.
Administrative & Personal
• Expense budget preparation & control of Region 2 (Islamabad, Multan, & Peshawar) branches, health facilities, procurement matters, security & safety equipment.
• Maintenance of all personal records, staff welfare matters, overtime, staff training program & maintenance of company fleet of vehicle.
Customer Service Department
• Maintain all achieve & target record, daily, weekly, monthly & yearly basis for sales team, Solve customer problems, public dealing.
Accounts Department
