At my most recent job, I hold the role of the Head of Middle School and the Middle Years
Program Coordinator in an IB school in Amman. I have supervised and trained a team of teachers.
I have held administrative responsibilities within the pedagogical leadership team at the Middle
School level. Moreover, under my direct supervision and collaboration with all team members we
have achieved IB Authorization.
I strongly believe in student empowerment and promoting their achievements as life-long learners
in their institution and future roles.
• Design Product specification that meets commercial and technical standards. Write a simple commercial marketing product specification documents that explains product commercial and logical flow between systems.
• Participate in meetings that require input regarding demand and need of new systems and applications to improve product quality.
• Testing products that are delivered by technical departments and provide commercial feedback when needed.
• Follow up on post launch products, provide workarounds on some ideas and help product owners better design their concept.
• Design process and procedure policies for all departments.
• Follow up with IT, sales and marketing on process implementation.
• Provide feedback on customer service issues and train customer service team members on systems.
MBA degree with concentration in Management; Project Management, Corporate Governance and Ethics, Human Resource Management and also International Business.
