• To develop and oversee technical shop drawings for Fit out Interior projects, in accordance with consultant design drawings.
• Coordinating with consultants, sub contractors and in-house ‘Projects’ team for timely and accurate release of production drawings, and smooth execution of works.
• Carry out periodic site visits | to ensure feasibility of shop drawings with prevailing site conditions, and determining critical areas requiring distinctive design and detail consideration.
• Computing B.O.Qs at pre contract and tender stage level.
• Review of B.O.Q and relevant contract documents along with present design and shop drawings | to detect variations/omissions.
• Aide the ‘Project co-ordination team’ in maintaining proper tracking schedule of drawings and documentations.
