• Liaison between the departments of order processing and logistics to ensure a smooth flow of orders being placed, stock coming in on timeods being released to customers on time.
• Initiating Marketing Promotions on Stock Items, liaison with the BDM's or the TM's for the product promos & coordinating with the marketing team to send out the offers to the Database .
• Providing the content for the Newsletter to the marketing team & coordinating with the vendors on new product Launches to be added in the newsletter.
• Coordinating & Helping the marketing team for the Roadshows, Partner meets, End User Events, Training Programs or Vendor Programs with the required product flyers, banners vendors contacts mailer content etc
• Maintaining a stock items & getting approvals for stock orders based on the ABCD analysis of products.
