 Streamlined process flow & improved warehousing strategy to reduce turnaround time and brought upon effective product delivery methods.
 Introduced Hazardous packaging methods & sales practices to increase chemical product sales.
 Successfully implemented strategic supply contracts with key accounts in UAE & Qatar.
 Successfully lead team to win the Best Distributor Award for Aeroshell Fluids & Greases in 2013.

• SKF and LOCTITE enquiry handling and trouble shooting.
• Identify client requirements, and work with the technical teams to provide the best solutions and practices.
• Formulating technical documentation, describing the specifications/usage of various bearings/parts and accessories based on the client’s requirement.
• Technical and practical demonstration and training of products at end-user site. Train clients on the installed products and provide support for the service teams.
• Interacting with clients designers and studying the engineering drawings to suggest appropriate bearings and tools.
• Interfacing between the end-user and the manufacturer to make sure of the correct usage of products and smooth execution of the project in a scheduled time frame.
• Analyzing rotary machine setups and suggesting the best spare parts available to the client and conducting predictive maintenance techniques like Thermography and Vibration Analysis for industries to enhance machinery performance and reduce overhead and maintenance costs.
• Identifying and applying industry best practices within the organization.
