• Search for new tenders on Company websites, Newspaper or Receive E-mail enquiries.
• Receive / Review Tender Documents.
• Preparation of Tender synopsis & Responsibility matrix.
• Attend pre-tender meetings, site surveys (On-shore & Off-shore).
• Sending tender clarifications to clients.
• Distribution of tender documents to various disciplines within the organization for technical inputs, pricing, schedule preparation.
• Sending enquiry to vendors and suppliers.
• Clarify queries from vendors & suppliers.
• Techno-commercial review and negotiations.
• Preparation of BOM, MTO, Cost Estimation sheet etc.
• Preparation of method statement and compliance.
• Providing inputs to planning department for preparing schedule, manpower histogram, and s-curve.
• Co-ordination with QA/QC, HSE for related documents to be submitted with proposal.
• Preparation of Technical and Commercial package.
• Provide response to client’s technical clarifications.
Report directly to Chief Engineer.
Take off quantities of area (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems) from GFC drawings
Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ
Checking of site inspection reports JMs for various works as per approved construction drawings and site verification works executed by the contractor
Preparation of Tender and Contract Documents.
Detailed study of the drawings and preparation of actual BOQ. for procurement, billing and planning
Monitoring of the progress at various stages of work
Labor and Material management as and when required
Preparation of Client Bill for various projects in India and Dubai
Preparations scrutinizing certifying and processing of contractor running and final account bills.
Preparation of final jobs close out report and analyzing with theoretical quantities verses actual quantities and preparation of as built drawings.
Measurements for interim Payment Certificates
Draft letter of award and compile contract documents for signature
