Head of Administration and Services Section.
* A member of Employees Affairs Committee from January 2015 till date.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Dealing with recruitment and selection processes including updated job descriptions,
proper job classification, vacancy announcement, screening of candidates, organization
and chairing of interview panels, helps in making recommendations on recruitment.
* Design and implementation of training plan.
* Managed and coordinated employee training and development programs.
* Development of procedures and practices that contribute to enhanced and improved HR
management.
* Created, organized, updated and maintained personnel files and the HR database
* Provided administrative support for all HR functions, including filing, copying, general
correspondence and support/preparation for meetings, trainings, orientations, executive
travelling, etc.
* Managing and administering HR systems.
* Benefits and Payroll Administration.
* Program & Event Management.
* HR Policies & Procedures.
* Employees Performance Appraisal.
