Responsible on delivering the tenant's Fit-out Projects (Retail/F&B/Entrainment fit-out projects in Arabian Centres Malls at Riyadh) as per the company's quality policy & within the specified schedule.This include full coordination with tenants/designer/contractor, reviewing the design, inspections, site supervision, etc..
•Coordinate meetings with new tenants with regards to fit-out needs and requirements, testing and commissioning, and property orientation, and resolve their issues in coordination with Leasing
•Perform unit inspections for retail units after tenant fit-out completion and upon termination and recommend deductions from security deposit when necessary during the contract termination and/ or unit evacuation
•Ensure store front adherence to ACCL retail unit standards and guidelines
•Document and highlight any problems, defects, and non-functioning of fixtures
•Ensure that all problems are attended to within the contractual timeframe
•Provide assistance to tenants in applying for modification request of their respective units
•Escalate major fit-out requests to head of Regional Fit-out for resolution
•Highlight and escalate any instances where issues logged are not addressed
•Maintain all property records indicating all technical modifications completed
•Prepare periodic reports to Regional Fit-out reflecting a summary of pending modification requests, fit-out issues log as well as completed items
•Coordinate between PMC/ Mall Management and tenant’s construction/ fit-out team
Acting as a Project Manger.
Managing the whole project from signing the contract till handing over the project to the client.
This include:
- Communicating with the client or his representative regularly.
- Managing the design process & the BOQ preparation.
- Submitting Drawings, BOQ and Materials to the client for approval.
- Project schedule preparation.
- Subcontractor selection by bids opening.
- Issuing purchase requests for materials.
- Daily visits to the site and site problems solving.
- Writing work progress reports.
- Coordination with all the parties (Client, our engineers & QA/QC, subcontractors and other parties).
- Project schedule control.
- Progress evaluation.
- Project problems solving.
- Issuing project invoices and variation orders to the client.
- Approving the subcontractor and additional work invoices.
And other works etc..
Providing interior construction services within the office, hospitality, retail, food and beverage, technology, education and healthcare sectors:
- Design the Concept & the Final Drawings.
- Draw and check the Shop Drawings & As-Built Drawings.
- Supervise the work in the site.
Initiate contact and liaise with tenants and their designers to communicate the company's Design Criteria
* Review tenant design submissions and ensure approvals are in compliance with the above Criteria
* Site visits to centers.
* Discuss key issues with tenant and gain agreement to action
* Actively partake in design reviews, also manage and maintain design process/progress
* Build strong relationships with both internal and external parties to achieve results
* Maintain an up to date knowledge within the design industry* Ensure that designs are to Hamat's design criteria.
Three months part-time job.
Working in the Value Engineering and quality control
and the supervision.
Two months training in the office and the site.
Doing many things, such as:
-Designing
-Supervision
-BoQ
etc...
A month training in the office.
Doing the BoQ and revising the submittals and designing.
