Accurately review detailed Plans, shop Drawings, Materials Approval and Method Statement.
Nursery Inspection and Plant approval as per Project specification.
Provide technical advice and solution to the client on Softscape and Irrigation.
Periodic Inspection to determine the work has been done as per the project Specification.
Making Site visit to ensure to maintain the quality of work according to the specification.

Issuing the NCR for the non compliance of Method Statement/ Quality/ specification etc.
Provide daily activities report and attending the weekly progress meeting.
Supervising the scope of construction as well as Quality controls activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of Quality controls, construction & coordinating with site management activities
Liaising with architects / consultants / clients / contractors to ascertain technical specifications, construction and Quality related essentials, based on the prevalent rules.
Arranging the Inspection of all LANDSCAPING and Irrigation activities on site as per project specification with the client and consultant.
Key Result Areas: Following designs of irrigation system & material approvals with consultant & client Supervising the scope of construction as well as Quality contoles activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of Quality controls, construction & coordinating with site management activities Liaising with architects / consultants / clients / contractors to ascertain technical specifications, construction and Quality related essentials, based on the prevalent rules Directing, leading and motivating teams on installation and maintenance of irrigation and Landscape Projects; imparting continuous trainings for accomplishing greater operational efectiveness and eficiency Arranging the Inspection of all LANDSCAPING and Irrigation activities on site as per project specification with the client and consultant. Arrangment of Material receiving inspection: plants, soil additives, and irrigation materials. Arrange the Inspection of excavation, Root barrier/ Salt barrier and backfilling with planting medium. Obtain daily work schedule from manager. Implement project standards as well as specification. Quality monitoring for installation of Irrigation as well as softscape work. Perform site inspection for the quality of work. Monitor and ensure that all materials used in the project comply with the project specifications and standards. Coordinate and perform inspection and test activities in accordance with relevant ITP, ensuring that the complete work is conformant to relevant specification and approves drawing and ready for final inspection by consultant. Ensure work performed according to good construction practices. Complete records specified by the inspection and test plans and contract documents, submit to Inspector.. Perform on site materials inspections upon receipt as per the approved materials. Monitor storage area and take necessary action to prevent damage. Inspection of all construction activities on site as per Standards and specification.
