Position Lead QA/QC Inspector/ Material Inspection
Project: Tawila Island Resort, Hurghada, Red Sea

Residential Project on Red Sea Island
In the Power Generation field (fast track simple cycle and combined power plant project)
Surveillance report and inspection through out the RFI. Making
punch list against the incomplete works. Conduct material in section and verify the materials per the purchase order requirements and approved vendor, and assure the quality standards per project specification . Coordination with various sub-contractors. Responsible for Supervision and package hand over, as built making and Documentation works
Review and prepare the documental procedure that would be required.
- Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors
- Material receiving inspection storage and Preservation.
- Checks for Cable trays & conduits installation for all panels
- Checks for installation and calibration of instruments.
- Checks for Medium and low voltage switchgear installation.
- Checks the Cable Pulling Connection MV Cables, LV Cables, Control Cables and instrument cables.
- Connection and termination cables according to the wiring sheets.
- Check & Testing of power, control and instrumentation cables.
- Checks for Main & auxiliary and dry transformers tests
- Checks for building lighting, fire alarm, pagging, power sockets.
- Witness all electrical testing & Installation.
- Cables routing and testing (Megger and Continuity) for all cable.
- Inspection for installation Lighting System.
- Installation of grounding, lightning system & testing.
- Cathodic Protection inspection for underground piping & tank
- Review all Calibration for Q.C. & Testing Tools.
- Prepare Inspection Checklist for Electrical Items.
- Prepare Check Report For all Electrical Items.
- Reporting and Handling the documents (IR, NCR, check lists, TOP, ……..etc)
- Prepare Final Documentation of TOP
(Turn over Package) and hand over to client
- Good communication revision, preparation document & summit it according to recommend electrical standard.
- Assisted in the documents of Q.A. Manual
- Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system

QA Responsibilities:
1. Supervision on all Documentation Activities and Handover Dossier.
2. Perform internal quality audits in operations/ departments/ projects as per the internal quality audit schedule.
3. Assist the Lead auditor in preparing audit reports and non-conformance reports.
4. Ensure the scope of audit covers all relevant procedures by preparing internal quality audit notification.
5. Ensure internal quality audit reports and non-conformance reports are issued promptly based on the audit findings.
6. Act as Quality Assurance help desk to assist departments/ projects in interpreting and implementing the procedures.
7. Ensure the corrective and preventive actions are taken and non-conformity are effectively closed-out.
8-Monitoring materials testing both in lab and in site.
9-Issue NCR & Flow up it.
10-Raises and follows up corrective & Preventive actions required.
QC Responsibilities:

In west Damietta project (power island and water treatment area)
Installation of Instrument and Control System to Gas turbine - Installation of leak system detection
- Check equipment installation and testing in Water treatment area.
1-Skids (ultra filtration , RO1, RO2 systems) and other tanks related to chemical treatments
2-Motors and panels. 3-Loop test
Handing over department:
I was responsible for managing quality control data and Handing over steps from construction to commissioning.
