Set and implement insurance policies and guidelines for Company staff, projects under construction, property under operations, third party liability insurance.
* Enumerate the insurable risks and liabilities.
*Prepare the annual insurance plan and budget based on Company projects and properties under operations.
*Provide input relating to insurance clauses of all Company contracts.
*Analyze the offers of different insurance provider and preparation of a comparative analysis for management selection.
*Track expiry dates of insurance policies to ensure all policies are timely renewed and re-negotiate renewals.
* Handle claims when occur in Zain properties and collect all documents (police report.. invoices.. transportation cost..etc) in order to get compensation in quick time.
* Coordinate with insurance companies, government offices or hospitals in ensuring that claims are being recovered based on the policy.
* Coordinate with the general accounting section any insurance related issues for proper handling in the book of accounts.
