During my working experience in Universal Carton Industries LLC (UCI).

I have been given two major responsibilities:
1- ERP Development and Implementation
2- Responsibility of Finance and Accounting Department.

ERP Development and Implementation Role:

I had been responsible for MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 - Implementation of all departmental modules i.e. Finance, Dispatch, HR, Production etc.

Implementation of Production software EFI for automation of production lines and tracking of inventories and production orders.

Integration of ERP software with EFI and automation of production and Inventories Entries through scanning process.

Designing Customize Reports as per Management and other department requirements.


Accounting and Finance Department Role:

I am involved in Preparation, Distribution and maintaining accounting records related to Sales, Receivable, Payroll, monthly closing of account and preparation of Financial reports for management on monthly basis.

I am directly reportable to Managing Director, Director Finance and CEO of the company. The ensuing paragraphs describe cumulate the key tasks and job specification which I performed during my professional experience:

Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV in Corrugation production system and Accounting system of UCI.

Approving Sales Order as per company risk appetite and company credit policy.

Managing company working cashflow and inflow of company's collection from Receivables.

Analysis of individual Sales person performance.

Analysis of Company 's monthly Performance.

Preparation of Financial Statement and finalising of final account of company.

Maintaining proper check on company‘s credit policies, contracts, agreements& maintain company’s risk appetite to acceptable level.

Controlling and monitoring General Ledgers for proper accounting integration with in the ERP system.

- I have been responsible for preparing of input and out tax summary with ledger enquiries from accounting software to be filled for taxation.

- Preparation of all document required for FBR Audit.

- Preparing documents for reply for Objection and Show Cause Notice issued by FBR regarding relevant returns filed by SSGC.

- Reconciliation of Sales Tax, WHT, Zero-rated customer records, Tax exempted customer record and Income Tax Records.

- Recording of E-filing of return on timely basis.

- Reportable to Deputy Chief Manager (DCM) for all work assign
