Drive forecasting and planning processes during MYC, LBE and MRP exercises. Prepare and manage financial plans comparing performances across functions and across years, consolidate information to be presented to BUD’s to discuss and finalize budgets with MD and with regional office.
Prepare and manage input of financial plans in company system using TM1 Excel and Oracle. Using system to extract finalized data and verify correctness.
Preparation of Monthly financial pack and dashboard for management that includes company performance, variance analysis vs budget, DSO and inventory coverage.
Establishing internal financial controls to provide creative alternatives to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
Making stock equation to keep stocks at optimal levels as per contract, reconciliation of stocks with distributors, preparing reports on remaining shelf life and publishing reports for relevant business units to plan for liquidation.
Performing routine accounting activities at month end including; accruals, bank reconciliations, distributor reconciliations for AP and FOC goods. Using SAP Financials to post transactions and extract reports for confirmation.

My Job responsibilities included;
- Analyzing and maintaining personal portfolio of investments for business owners and updating financial information pertaining to investments, and proposing additions or deletions from the portfolio.
- Implementation of ACCPAC (accounting software) for Tarek Ahmed Juffali Co. The project comprised of designing chart of accounts, GL accounts, cost centers, and development of financial statements for executive purposes.
- Updating accounting information on daily basis using ACCPAC and Peach Tree.
- Managing accounts payable, preparing bank transfers, and coordinating with banks for payments.
- Preparing full year budgets for Ahmed Juffali Family.
Saudi Binladin Group is the biggest construction company all over Saudi Arabia. It has undertaken and completed many national and international construction projects in Saudi Arabia and in Gulf region.
- Developed financial process maps for Public Buildings and Airport Division (PBAD) of Saudi Binladin Group. The financial process maps included; accounts payable and receivables, capital budgeting, manpower planning, settlement of client claims, updating general / ledger, etc.
- Assisted Senior Consultant for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to finance and accounting department of PBAD.
- Designed detailed organizational structure for PBAD and prepared job descriptions.
- Evaluated jobs based on new organizational structure and established formal salary grades using “Hay Job Evaluation” method.
- Prepared financial plans for three businesses (i.e. Al-Maeedah Cafeteria, Al-Osra Entertainment Center, and Al-Manarah Cultural Café), which started operating in DOKAAEP Complex in Makkah.
