As a part of the newly formed team, working on a new project for a company that deals with the products for the people with disabilities (rollators), part of the company's team in charge of the commercial part of the project - sourcing the necessary parts and materials needed for the product mentioned above, as well as controlling the sales and logistics part of the project. • import of all the machines necessary for the forming of a complete production line for the products mentioned above, with previous negotiations about their price and expected capacities and quality, as well as making the arrangements with suppliers from abroad about theit installment and test production;
• overseeing the complete process of supplying of the raw materials and packaging for the products, according to the Bill of Materials made for each of three different types of rollators to be produced, strictly following the target prices given in the mentioned BOM (Bill of Materials);
• after the agreement about the commercial aspects, organizing the logistic part of the sourcing, for the raw materials and packaging to the factory site, taking into consideration the deliveries according the Just in Time principle;
• organizing the shipping of the finished goods to their final destination (Germany and France);
• participating in the regular teleconferences (Design and Progress Reviews) with the foreign partners (for which the mentioned rollators are produced in the first place), three times a week, actively involved in the Time schedule discussions, identifying the critical points in the Time Schedule i steps needed to be taken in order to overcome those critical points
