• Conducting the project from predesign preparation stage till putting object into operation (working out, support, the coordination and the statement of design decisions; receipt of specifications, preparation specifications and contracts by carrying out calculations, receipt of all necessary permissions, offer entering of changes and improvement, schedules performance of works, quality assurance and performance terms
• The organization of civil works according to the design documentation, building norms, and rules, specifications and others standard documents, coordinator for all civil, electric, mechanics and finishing internal/external works, day to day management of the site, monitoring of the site workforce, performance control of established task work by each executor, prepare drawings to clarify design and details to clients
• Timeliness Control of commission remarks elimination by the Investor in specified terms which is in commission documents
• The Management of programs working out, work techniques, techno-economic validity reports and calculations, providing solutions contractual documentation, projected equipment test.
• Maintenance of quality works performance in target dates and in the high technological level

I was working on projects that include reparation of process equipment that usually was coming from nearby OIL REFINERY and PETROCHEMICAL complex, also Cement and Sugar Factories - Projects that include inspection, dismantling, reparation and installation of various process equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers), - Projects for new Piping systems, new process equipment and As-Built projects, - Involved in preparation of various technical documentation.
